First Line Fridays | 3.17.2017

*rubs hands together* Now for my current top favorite author! I'm featuring the first book of hers that I read. Since then, I've read four others. ;) She knows how to write an excellent book!

Temptation sat before her, compelling as the sea. Gleaming silver, green leather, the nearly silent rumble of the engine...

It's always so lovely when you find an author who you truly love, and will read anything they write and you are twice as lucky because everything they write is GOOD. For me, that author is Dan Jones. And he humors me by talking to me on Twitter and then I am all giddy and happy.

I'm featuring Terri Blackstock's "If I'm Found" on my blog today. I couldn't put it down!

@ Caryl - thanks! Suspense is something I've been wanting to read some more of. ;)

@ Sydney - isn't it good?

@ English Mysteries - ah, you should read it. :)

@ Andrea - Ah, interesting first line. Thanks for sharing!

@ Sarah - yes, exactly!! Haven't read anything by Dan Jones. But how neat. :)

@ Fiction Aficionado - I've seen Terri Blackstock around but haven't read any yet. I like un-put-downable books. ;)
