Julia | Photoshoot

Impromptu photo-shoots are great fun! This week, we had some friends over, one of which is a co-photographer (she uses Nikon, but we won't hold that against her ;)). After looking at some photography websites together, I was ready to get my hands on the camera! Julia was gracious to be my subject and we brought her ukelele along for a walk.

Some of the images will appear small to fit on the blog, so click on the first one to view the pictures larger.

I had so much fun taking pictures with you, Julia!

Stay tuned tomorrow and I'll share the photoshoot swap: Julia did a photoshoot of me.

Then said Jesus unto them again, Verily, verily, I say unto you, I am the door of the sheep. I am the door: by me if any man enter in, he shall be saved, and shall go in and out, and find pasture. The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.
    John 10: 7, 9-10

  2. Thanks, Julia! There were SO many to choose from (I mean, when you take 250 pics . . .), but I had to narrow it down for the sake of blogging. :)

And you're very welcome. I enjoyed it too (you were incredible to "work with"!) and look forward to posting the pictures that you took of me tomorrow! :)

Nikon? I'll never hold that against you. I just have to remember which camera you used for my photoshoot. ;)

Nikon or Cannon, they were all great shots of a lovely lady, taken by a talented photographer!

  6. Thanks, Salinn!

It just takes practice. I don't have a natural eye for photography so have had to work at getting angles that look good. I am indeed grateful for the Lord allowing me to work on this area. Also, I must credit my brother, Daniel, who is an amazing photographer, and has given me so MANY tips on learning my camera and how to take beautiful pictures. :)

Thank you for taking the time to give me a little comment - they always brighten my day. :) I usually stop by and reply to as many comments as I can, but sometimes it takes me a week or so.
