"Be Ye" -
Commands for God's Children
1) Be ye fruitful
And you, be ye
fruitful, and multiply; bring forth abundantly in the earth, and multiply
therein. Genesis 9:7
2) Be ye holy
Sanctify yourselves
therefore, and be ye holy: for I am the Lord your God. Leviticus 20:7
But as he which hath
called you is holy, so be ye holy in all manner of conversation; 1 Peter

9) Be ye ashamed (for those who have neglected God's work)

10) Be ye perfect

Commands for the
children of Israel
(which can also be applied to those of us following God in
our journey)
1) Be of good courage
And what the land is,
whether it be fat or lean, whether there be wood therein, or not. And be ye of
good courage, and bring of the fruit of the land. Now the time was the time of
the firstripe grapes. Numbers 13:20
Be ye therefore very
courageous to keep and to do all that is written in the book of the law of
Moses, that ye turn not aside therefrom to the right hand or to the left; Joshua

2) Be not terrified
And shall say unto
them, Hear, O Israel, ye approach this day unto battle against your enemies:
let not your hearts faint, fear not, and do not tremble, neither be ye
terrified because of them; Deuteronomy 20:3
3) Be ready
And he commanded them,
saying, Behold, ye shall lie in wait against the city, even behind the city: go
not very far from the city, but be ye all ready: Joshua 8:4
